On the SDABL bullpen board, "Sirlyon" (I assume this is Damian Lyon) making excuses about how the lowly Scrubs came to whip them some Black Mountain Spikes ass earlier this season:
One swing by Mr. Ayers on a hanging curve ball stuck it to us.

That's MISTER Ayres, but Derek isn't big on formalities and allows his close friends to call him "Sir." Since this whole tirade was addressed to "Scrubbin'" (Jesse), it appears they are also oldest and dearest friends. I'm sure there's a backstory here, I just don't know it.

yeah I dont get why that dude was so pissed why I couldnt remember that game very well. Obviously he remembers Sir Dereks 400 foot bomb. Excuses excuses
