4.0 DELI SCRUBS

I for one am still having a great time gearing up for baseball on saturdays with you guys. We are on a cold streak and will bust out of it. This week we will have some key players missing but I know were gonna try our hardest and have a good time out there. Some stats to look at for the season as a team.

Good Stuff
Were hitting .306 as a team

Bad Stuff
We are giving up 3 unearned runs a game
Our team ERA is 7.16
50 runs allowed in 5 games(35 earned)

Stuff we can fix
Hit cutoffs
Don't cheat when trying to steal 2nd base
Get in front of the ball when fielding

So, we all have hit a bit of bad luck, but I truly believe we'll end up on a win streak. We all need to focus on the basics.

This past weekend I had a bit of a bad break, but I found out that my hand is not broken. I'll be back playing with you all in another week, but I'm going to have to miss this weekend's extravaganza. I hand a bad bone bruise (or contusion--whatever it's officially called), and already I'm able to make a fist. Soon I'll get some strength back.
