4.0 DELI SCRUBS

Jesse and I would like to invite the entire team after the 1st game to 4.0 Deli for a Sandwich and Beer...

I think it would be a great team building event if everyone got wasted... I want to see Dan running down the base line puking up New Castle screaming "do work son"... I want Peter so drunk in the outfield he cant even judge a routine fly ball.... I want to hear Matty say " its Miller time" as he is looking at his watch..... I want Doug H to look at the book later that night and say "screw it, everyone went 4 for 4".... I want Doug S. at 1st base with no shirt on... I want Brandon's girlfriend so drunk she takes advantage of Brandon under the bleachers.... I want to see Gino at 2nd with no glove just man handling the ball.... I want to see Derek playing strip poker with Jesse.... I want to see Matt finally hit a foul ball down the 1st base side.... I want to see Brent trying to get the Reds to join him in a P90x workout during the game... I personally want to get so drunk that I can finally muster up the courage to tell Jimmy that he can have our team back under his Hitler regime ....

What are your thoughts ?

I think we talk about Jimmy and the dumb-fuck Reds way to much on this site. They (the Reds) are an ex-girlfriend, get over them and pork something new. They are just another team we have to deal with, and yes, we have played them a lot lately 4 in 14 games. With that many games played lately, it kind of waters down the rivalry. Does he do shaddy stuff to piss some people on this team off? Of course, but if we ignore the little dunce hat wearing trouble maker in the corner, he'll go away. We got two games to play on Saturday, we need to do our best to win the first and do what we can with the limited pitching we have for the second game.

Dan is right. Let's get the win first, deal with the Reds second. We have enough reliable pitching for one ball-busting game. Let's spend it on the Yankees. Then, if the Reds are not out of gas on the second game, we're 1-2. If things don't roll their way (and we've seen what happens when they don't), we're 2-1. If we do it in the reverse order, we could easily finish the day 0-3.

Do work! (I somehow think Dan is going to send me a bill for trademark infringement if I don't quit saying this!)

Yeah I am a little out of hand when I am gonna be playing our arch rivals. I know we have a tough task for saturdays Yankees game. Lets focus on 1 at time and have fun. by the way, I might get buzzed in between games so it might help my swing
