official scores on SDABL WEBSITE

Postby Jesse25 » Tue Apr 12, 2011 3:07 pm

They are posted wrong for 2 games so far. last week it says we won 25-2, and vs the Rock Church it says we lost 14-8. It matters because its a tiebreaker. can someone look into this and make sure they have the right scores posted?

I noticed this too, and JC is correct about the tiebreaker. I can see those two umps, while 'good' could have missed a run while were all out of the dugout, three guys on deck, and we are hitting grandslams and walking guys in at the tune of 25. I think ultimately this is the umps mistake since they report the score.

Scott - best thing to do is you as manager call the Commissioner. We were home and have the official book for Scrubs vs Rock Church and the official book is...well...official. The Woody's were home so their book is official for last Saturday. But I think they'll go with mine if there's any argument.

Then again, when they're keying scores into the website, they could make errors. It's worth asking.
