So, I know that Jesse and I are the chosen ones for the Scrubs' coaching and managerial staff, so i want to lay out my take on this topic.

I financially cannot support the upfront fees, and wait and/or stress out about you all paying me. I cannot make the first manager meeting on August 23, as well. However, since Jesse is out, this is my proposal to Scott: I will take on the field managerial duties, that may include making the line up, be in charge of baseballs, call the league when field changes or field issue arise...all that jazz, but Scott remaining to be in charge of the finances.

He already has a system he has developed for himself. He is great about returning refunds, and recording who paid what, and where the extra money is going. Plus, he already has credibility with the league, as they are undoubtedly familiar with him dealing for our baseball club.

If this sounds good to Scott, then I will take the game day pressure off his back, and he will continue to collect and handle the finances for our team. Additionally, I will go to the manager meetings, just not the first one this next fall season on August 23.

Your thoughts?

I haven't received my refund yet, and have asked for it two weeks now, I'll try again tomorrow.

Brandon, if you want, I'll continue to handle getting players registered with SDABL and onto the official SDABL roster, waivers signed, etc. I have a system going and I'll be glad to keep doing that part unless you want it.
