B - "Meeting" is a very subjective term in SDABL-land. If last night's meeting followed the usual pattern, it wasn't what you'd normally recognize as a meeting. It would have included some tables arranged around a hotel meeting room, where managers could fill out paperwork, pay fees, talk to their commissioner, pick up the season's ration of "free" game balls, donate a pint of blood, genuflect to the league officials, kiss the occasional ring or ass and get out the door as quickly as possible. Sorry I haven't been on here in awhile. It was the first managers meeting were we register and pay the $300 deposit and then there was some sort of sit down thing were they go over some stuff but I wasn't going to sit through that so I paid and bounced. Not much to report on.
