Uuuh, you don't want to over-do-it dude, you lost a lot of weight, and I think you are much more athletic out there, bat speed way up, and I can tell you feel more confident to leg one out. I am a huge fan of the egg. I give it a lot of the credit for being lean and strong. It's as basic a food as it gets, a protein laced cell. Oh, and pushing 100lb dumbbells helps too...
You shouldn't be a non-runner either. You know the game, and are faster than most, if you are reading this think "Am I faster than JC?" Than it's you. I bitch about the line-up to Skyoot every week, he never listens and we smoke teams by 30 runs, of course he'll say it was his fine managerial skills, and not the fact that everyone was smashing the ball off the fence.

Doug Sitter trying to figure out which soda was jaeger, and having a 5 year old chug it and start asking all the 7 year old girls if they wanna see his treasure. Doc, injuring himself while playing that game where you beat the shit out of the beavers that pop up out of 6 holes. I could go on, but i'm really starting to feel like im typing this to myself.
