I thought since we all come from different walks of life that I'd start post for all Scrubs to be able to post needed advice, consumer deals of the day, or helpful ideas you discovered to complete a home improvment task etc.

Deals of the day: Gas, saw it for $3.59 a gallon at the Arco in Santee on Cuyamaca last night (6/30)
Also, beer on sale at any Vons. 30 packs of Bud, Coors and Miller for $16.00 with club card through the 4th of July. Get a 114 oz boot beer (Das Boot) at Centifonti's in dowtown La Mesa for $23 with coupon (on their website). ALL beers available for boot. Had one last night, it was large! Get there before 5pm on Thursdays due to the weekly village car show. Saw some pretty sweet rides last night!

Aaaand, it's Felacio Friday at the Scrub Mart. Get a set of designer scrubs and the owner will fluff you (while supplies last)!

I had actually forgotten that today was Felacio Friday at my store and I took the day off. Now I now why my employee said she had a HARD day. You sick bastards.
12 pack of Corona $10.99 and 750 jagermeister $14.99 and handles of Crown Royal $32.99 at Riteaid. Didnt check anything else though because I was in too much of a hurry to get a beer in to my sober body.
I also learned Skotty is quite a home improvement guru. Thanks for the tools so I could finish up my base boards.

Whenever Consumer Bob retires from Channel 7/39, the Scrubs should form a committee and go for the job. Of course I couldn't help but notice that almost all of the consumer tips are about bargains on huge amounts of alcohol ...

...which reminds me, Happy 4th!

Spencer's gifts is having a buy one get one free sale on all their butt plugs while supplies last. If you go to the Plaza Bonita one just ask for Bobby and he'll get you an extra 20% off. It's a great deal because it's nice to have a backup plug when you're just to lazy to wash the other one.

This installment of Helping Out Scrubs is mostly directed at gyms, and poor etiquette. Tonight I was at 24hr fitness in RSD and I have to say people are just fucking lazy, worthless, and dangerous in the gym sometimes. The people I am mostly talking about are these 18-35 year old chaldean homos who 'lift' 5 deep, all of them on the phone, trying to pump more than they can, and then leaving a bar loaded or dump their plates/weights strewed all over the place. Picture the image I saw: Hairy, smelly, wife beater, Laker jersey, fo-hawk, gold chain, cubic zirco, iphn, and no lifting. The morale of the story, don't be that guy at the gym, put your shit away, it isn't your garage!

Isn't that why adults buy a bowflex?

Since we are having rants about the Gym, I went yesterday after I had my number 2 super-sized from McDonalds (I needed to carb up) and I find it interesting that people will wait for someone to pull out of a parking spot when there is one open 2 places down from where that person is pulling out of. I understand it is a little farther from the gym, but I thought they were going there to get excercise. So go ahead and walk a little farther. Also it is gross when people spit on their hands or gloves i understand they want a better grip, but other people use it the weights as well. Just two things I noticed the other day. As Dan says " The morale of the story, don't be that guy at the gym." Derek I;m still looking for chromium!

I find it sickening when I see these people too, or any place in the world that has a large parking lot. So you have to walk 10 more steps to get to the Walmart, so the fuck what! One even better than that is the perfectly able bodied people who us the elevator to get to the second floor at the gym instead of walking up the stairs,..I give these people the nasty eye.

I have to admit I am guilty of this. I use batting gloves when I lift, and sometimes they need a little tac put on them. I guess it can't be any grosser than just assuming that everyone doesn't wash their hands after a shit and they are touching those weights as well. Moral of the Stroy: That weight has shit on it, literally, and a little spit won't hurt you that bad right???
