Scott I will have to say your freeze frame skills have improved to MLB status brother, it's so freaking hot... I mean last week you froze one from 3 feet outside the strike zone and was able to snap that thing back in the zone for a called strike three. AMAZING!!

Let me get this straight.....the video link you sent me shows how to block that plate if a runner is comming home......
Lets reply our last game.....guy running home.....shane throws home.....scott has to jump 6 feet off the ground to catch the ball......runner scores......
Try and find a video on fielding a ground ball or how to throw home.....
