We play the Warhawks at Helix at 930. 4-3 vs. 3-4.

Always like playing @ helix. Hell I always like playing on any high school field in the east county that brings back some fun childhood memories. Can't wait

Bad memories from high school at Helix (such as my high school catcher throwing into the runner stealing second base, and me blocking the ball from going into the outfield, only to get my hand cut open from his spikes--bad memory). But good memories from SDABL All-Star games. I guess those good memories make up for the bad ones, right.

Anyway, I don't know if any of you read the SDABL newsletter, but I think I'm going to try and go to that San Diego Mavericks v. the Samurai ALL-Japan team Saturday at USD at 1pm. I've always wanted to see Japanese players. As you know they're mostly all small guys like me that have to use many different ways to get on base because we don't the ability to just go up to the plate and mash!

So if anyone wants to go, it should be fun.
